Site blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying different parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
Further materials released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
